Sources explain that Justin, in particular, is hurt because he and West have shared a close friendship for years, and he believes that friendship gives little respect to Hailey as his wife. West and Justin are so close that the singer was one of the people who visited West at his ranch in Wyoming when the rapper was in seclusion there.

The intended attack came earlier this week when West responded to Hailey’s public support of Karefa-Johnson, who had criticized the “Praise God” rapper over her controversial “White Lives Matter” shirt design. The supermodel made a post on her Instagram story dedicated to the editor on her Instagram, adding a message of support to the post.
It reads, “My respect for you is profound, my friend!” and that “to know you is to adore you and to work with you is an honor. the kindest. the most talented. the most fun. the most stylish.” Hailey didn’t mention West in this post or any other post, but she was still upset about his post, which sparked the subsequent attack.

In a now-deleted post, West posted a screenshot of a news article that focused on Hailey and Gigi Hadid’s comments supporting Karefa-Johnson. She captioned it, “Wait Am I canceled again??? Justin please tell me.” After this, the “Flashing Lights” rapper made more posts targeting Hailey and Justin separately.

In another post, West accused Hailey of having plastic surgery on her nose, sparking rumors that have been around for a long time but have never been confirmed. He wrote, “They want Gigi Hadid and Hailey Baldloose to gather behind the obvious Corey Gamble-level non-fashion industry factory.”
He attacked Hadid for her comments on criticism and support of Karefa-Johnson in her previous post. West’s next post is a screenshot of a 2016 article about dating rumors between Hailey and singer Drake. She captioned it with a message to Justin, which read, “Get your girl before I get mad. TMZ sources also stated that Hailey and Justin were upset that she never mentioned West’s name in her post for Karefa-Johnson. For them, there is no reason to attack him. The couple also denied rumors of Hailey getting a nose job, as she has done in the past.
