Swedish-based clothing company H&M has reportedly designed a collection of items using pop icon Justin Bieber’s identity without his approval, and he couldn’t be more upset.
It’s no news that Bieber has had many successful collaborations with many companies, from fashion brands to automobile businesses, since he first came into the limelight.
However, working with H&M doesn’t seem to be part of the mix, especially with their recent disapproval. This led to the “Sorry” singer immediately giving them a piece of her mind on social media as she warned fans to stay away from the collection.

The Canadian songstress, who is currently not on the best of terms with H&M, recently slammed them for releasing unauthorized merchandise related to her. On his Instagram story, he issued two public statements on a plain yellowish-orange background and in capital letters, showing his feelings.
“I do not approve of any of the merchandise they have at H&M,” she wrote, “All without my permission and approval – SMH, I wouldn’t buy it if I were you.” Voicing his opinion and advice to fans not to buy the dress, Bieber wrote, “The H&M merch they made of me is garbage, and I don’t approve of it – Don’t [sic] buy that.”
Both statements no doubt confirm that he does not hold the merchandise collection in high regard and does not want to see his supporters own any of it.
A look at H&M’s French website shows that they are displaying a lot of Bieber-themed items, including various hoodies, tops and phone pouches with the musician’s face on them. Additionally, a hoodie features lyrics from his song “Ghost” and will be “coming soon” to H&M’s English website.

‘Love Yourself’ Vocalist Postpones Justice Tour Due to Mental Health
Bieber was scheduled to join his Justice world tour earlier this year, starting in February, but unfortunately, he has postponed it later due to his mental health. As The Blast reported, he previously postponed a tour that was expected at the time, which was meant for the whole of 2021, but could not happen due to COVID.
It was then pushed back to start this year but ultimately didn’t end, disappointing fans. Announcing the rescheduling update in September, the “I’m the One” singer said:
“So I’m going to take a break from touring for a while. I will be fine, but I need time to rest and get better.”
The 28-year-old player then expressed his tiredness, prompting him to make the best decision for himself. At the same time, he assured his fans that the break will restore him in no time. In his words:
“After coming off the stage, exhaustion came over me, and I realized that I have to make my health a priority now.”

TMZ reports that the continuation of his world tour has been rescheduled until March 2023; however, he canceled several shows, including one in the United Kingdom, Poland, Italy and the Netherlands.
Bieber’s mental health doesn’t seem to be his only concern this eventful year, as he revealed his Ramsay Hunt Syndrome diagnosis earlier this summer. Posting a video of herself showing obvious symptoms, she clearly struggled to tell her concerned fans about the diagnosis and appeared uncomfortable as most of her face was paralyzed.
“As you can probably see from my face,” she shared, “I have a syndrome called Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, and it’s from a virus that attacks the nerves in my ears and facial nerves.”
Given the explanatory clip, it’s clear the two-time Grammy winner won’t be able to sing, but fortunately, she’s making progress on her recovery journey over time. Plus, with the rest of her world tour on hold, she has more than enough time to take care of her mental and physical health heading into the new year.
And since the Justice tour is coming back, fans will no doubt be on cloud nine because they probably won’t have to get a refund. An even better advantage is that they will get to experience Bieber live and thrill even if they don’t know the specific date to start the tour.
