It reads:

“Plaintiffs Adam Rahman and Mark Schaefer each claim pain, suffering and hardship in the amount of $10,000,000; emotional distress is the sum of $10,000,000; medical expenses in the amount of $500,000; future medical expenses in the amount of $500,000; loss of income in the amount of $5,000,000; and lost future earnings in the amount of $5,000,000.”

It should be noted, that the famous musicians along with the venue “receive equitable relief from the City of Los Angeles for any liability.” Remember that the shooting took place in February 2022 outside The Nice Guy in LA In other words, they want the city to pay any damages awarded.

As we reported, the two victims filed a lawsuit against the famous artist claiming they were shot outside the party because of Kodak Black. Coincidentally, as the “Wake Up in the Sky” rapper was leaving the party, one of his crew members was attacked by unknown assailants, resulting in chaos.

Black, who was also shot, involved himself in the saga to help his friend, and shots were fired in the process. The aggrieved victim pointed the finger at the rapper, claiming he was trying to cause harm and make things worse. They also shared the blame with the venue, claiming that their security was inefficient.

The two victims, represented by Gloria Allred, are unscathed in the lawsuit as they name Bieber, Kodak Black, The Hwood Group, the Revolve Group, The Nice Guy, the City of Los Angeles, the City of West Hollywood, and Los Angeles County for damages.

At the time of the filing, the “No Flockin” rapper’s attorney slammed the lawsuit as baseless, saying, “I’ve seen a lot of bad complaints in my time. This is the worst drafted complaint I have seen in 26 years. I expect Kodak to be dismissed from this suit quickly.”

The attorney added, “There is zero specificity in the complaint and Ms. Allred lumps the defendants together instead of making specific allegations against each. It’s law school 101. I’m embarrassed for Ms. Allred that she actually signed her name to the complaint.”

The case has dragged on, and the two sides have yet to reach a settlement.

Rapper Kodak Black Charged With Possession Of Oxycodone

The $30 million damages claim comes shortly after new details emerged about Black’s headline-grabbing South Florida arrest.

Remember that last month, the “Super Gremlin” artist was arrested in Plantation, Florida for possession of illegal drugs, specifically cocaine. He was booked into the Broward County jail and charged with possession of cocaine, improper parking or stopping of a vehicle, and tampering with or tampering with physical evidence.

However, the new filing alleges authorities misrepresented the substance found with the rapper, whose real name is Bill Kapri, saying it was oxycodone and not cocaine.

According to reports, Broward County Prosecutors quietly charged Black with possession of Oxycodone, which contradicted an affidavit from the arresting officer who said a “white lumpy substance” allegedly found in Black’s possession “tested positive at the scene for cocaine.”

The rapper’s lawyer, Bradford Cohen, slammed the misrepresentation as an “abuse of power.” In his words, “The cop said crack cocaine, and it turned out to be oxycodone. I don’t know how that kind of error happened. I’ve never seen in my 27-year career where an officer tested an oxycodone pill, and it came back positive for cocaine . This officer is either grossly negligent, incompetent or a liar. It’s one of those three.”

However, a spokesperson for the Broward County District Attorney denied the allegations of incompetence or false representation, saying, “Police arrested him on suspicion of possessing cocaine. Our office has not filed those charges.”
