It’s “Splitsville” for Kacey Musgraves and boyfriend Cole Schafer, who have called things off after two years of being a couple.
The pair first sparked speculation about becoming an item in June 2021 after they were seen enjoying each other’s company and have since continued to openly express their love.

A source close to the former couple confirmed the news of their split to US Weekly, stating that they “didn’t see eye to eye in terms of where they were in life right now and decided to end things.”
The couple became Instagram official in 2021 when Schafer posted a Polaroid of them and accompanied it with the caption: “I try not to write about him.” In August of the same year, Musgraves recalled their first meeting and how Schafer didn’t know who she was, which made everything better.
