The former “Bachelor” lead recently updated his Instagram biography to “BRB. Healing.” indicating that he may not be posting as often as he used to.
The new biography chronicles her recovery from her split from ex-fiancé Jason Tartick.
The couple, who have been engaged since 2021, took to Instagram to announce their split a few weeks ago. “After sharing the news with family and close friends first and taking time to properly process it, we are saddened with a heavy heart to share that we have decided to end our engagement,” the couple wrote on social media. “We are grateful to all of you who gave us the time and space to process this life-changing decision, as there are many emotions and changes to navigate.”
The couple went on to explain how they plan to remain friends and will continue to look after their two dogs, Ramen and Pinot, together. “Our dogs Ramen & Pinot will continue to be cared for together as brothers,” they wrote. “Even if their humans are no longer romantically involved, we will love and care for them together.”
“Continuing our friendship is very important to both of us. We feel grateful to end our engagement with love and respect for each other,” they continued. “It’s heartbreaking and sad to say goodbye, but our care and admiration for each other will never die.”
Tartick and Bristowe concluded, “We are so grateful for the memories made together and for your support of us and the boys throughout the years. Going forward, we will always have a level of support for each other. We don’t know what the future holds, so please try to keep room for us in your heart.”

Kaitlyn Bristowe recently opened up on the “Off the Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe” podcast about her and Tartick’s breakup.
“Sad… We’re both very sad,” he began. “You thought you were going to spend your life with someone…” he continued before having to stop mid-sentence to regain his composure. “Well let’s move on, because I don’t want to sit here and cry… We’re grieving the loss,” he finally said during the podcast.
The former “Bachelor” went on to admit how she and Jason Tartick didn’t prioritize their relationship, which led to them eventually growing apart. “Better to [give each other space]. Maybe six months from now, we say, ‘Yes, this was the right move.’ And maybe in six months, we say, ‘You know what, I want to pick you.’ But we didn’t choose each other,” he revealed.
“We haven’t,” he said later.
Bristowe later gave her fans more insight into the split, saying “I had to choose myself, and I wanted him to choose himself. And that’s what we did. The right people will choose each other — you’ll put each other first , and we’ve never done it, so.”
