In February 2006, Kamiya Jani started her career as a journalist with The Times of India. In June 2006, Kamiya switched jobs and joined CNBC TV18 as a reporter and sub-editor.
He served at CNBC TV18 for a period of 1.8 years. Then, in February 2008, Kamiya joined Bloomberg UTV and worked there as Anchor and Associate Producer for 2 years. Her work includes anchoring and producing lifestyle, travel and entertainment shows. In February 2010, Kamiya worked as a Financial Market Anchor with ET Now, and a Travel Anchor with MagicBricks Now.

Kinky Stories is a food and travel platform and thankfully all ages enjoy these two categories. That’s the whole point of reaching out to different ages. How it started is an interesting story. 4-5 years ago, I was a news anchor in a business news channel but after 10 years of good corporate work in the media industry, I decided to listen to my inner calling. I quit my job, started traveling, documented my travels and culinary journey, made videos posted on Facebook and boom I saw some really good responses coming from all age groups. So that’s the story Curly was born in 2017, cut to 2021 we now have 2.1 million followers on Facebook.”
