Kanye West is at it again, and this time he seems to believe he’s being treated as unfairly as Elvis Presley, the “King of Rock and Roll.”
Ye, who has long since retired from music — with his last studio album due in 2021 — blames the powers that be for preventing him from performing.
Kanye West Claims He Was Banned From Performing
Ye, who is often on and off, returned to Instagram to rant about the state of his career. “I HAVEN’T BEEN ALLOWED IN ONE YEAR. FEELS LIKE AN ELVIS PRESLEY MOVIE,” he wrote.

However, the Yeezy founder didn’t stop there. She shared a clip on her Instagram Story to explain her post while showing off her $850,000 Permanent Titanium Teeth. Dressed in black, the controversial rapper said:
“It’s Ye. We just sold out the United Center in seven minutes and I just want to say to everybody out there to see if anybody can help with this.”
Ye claimed the United Center was the only arena he had access to last year because he was told there was no availability when he called. “It was the only arena I had access to last year, and when I called, people said there was no benefit for me, and you know why. So, if there is anyone out there who can help with this, please do,” he lamented.
Not sure if Kanye is voicing his grievances against the United Center or another famous arena. However, the Chicago arena’s website lists February 8 as the guaranteed date for the “Ye & TY Dollar $ign Vulture Listening Experience.”
The Donda Academy principal is set to release his third collaborative album on February 9 and his first single has already received a mixed reception. In the song “Vulture,” which was teased in December during a party in Dubai, Ye complained about being intimate with a Jewish woman to reject his alleged anti-Semitic title.
“How am I anti-Semitic? I just f—-da Jewish b—-,” he said in lyrics that were strongly condemned by several Jewish organizations. Ye, in a surprising move, issued a heartfelt apology to the Jewish community in a statement written in Hebrew during the holiday.

“I sincerely apologize to the Jewish community for any ‘unintended outburst.’ I didn’t mean to hurt or demean, and I deeply regret any pain I may have caused,” Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband wrote.
The 46-year-old continued, “I am committed to starting with myself and learning from this experience to ensure greater sensitivity and understanding in the future. Your forgiveness is important to me, and I am committed to making amends and promoting unity.”
