Rapper and fashion mogul Kanye West has reportedly filed to trademark a phrase inspired by his wife, Bianca Censori. The phrase is the same as the caption he used on Censori’s Instagram photo to celebrate his 29th birthday on January 6.
With the trademark application, West reportedly plans to launch a list of strange goods and services. It came after Censori’s friends slammed her for posting racy pictures of herself in an effort to “promote her new album.”

Rapper “Donda” has filed to register a slogan inspired by his wife. West filed nine separate trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on January 11 for the phrase, “I MISS YOU WHEN I WAKE UP BEFORE YOU.”
The phrase seems to have captivated his creative spirit, as he plans to use it to launch various categories of products and services. The list ranges from conventional items such as “humidifier” and “fancy toys” to the avant-garde, such as “wireless receiver in the form of jewelry” and “biological cloning.”
The list also includes “exploration services in the oil, gas, and mining industries,” as well as “chemical research,” “meteorological research,” “map drawing,” “costume design,” and “life-size. water.”
His lawyer, Gregory K. Nelson, told Daily Mail that he filed the application on behalf of his company, Ox Paha, Inc. – the same company he used to file trademarks for YEWS and YEEZY PODS.

West posted a headshot of her wearing light makeup and some earrings in both ears. She stared intently at the camera as her dark hair was seen wrapped behind her.
In the caption, the father of four gushed about it, writing, “Happy birthday to the most beautiful and talented inspirational master’s degree in architecture 140 IQ who loves by my side every day when half the world turns their backs on me and the most amazing stepmother to our children, I love you so much, thank you for sharing your life with me.”
In another post, she shared a photo of herself sitting on a couch wearing a black long-sleeved top, fishnet leggings and furry white boots.
“I miss you when I wake up before you,” she wrote in the caption.

West recently came under fire from fellow Censors as they accused him of sharing “sexually inappropriate” photos of himself in a “disgusting” attempt to promote his new album.
The reports came after she took to Instagram to share a barely-there photo of herself in a black thong bikini top, while another post showed her wearing a fur top. The images resembled his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, with sources claiming that the rapper was trying to “make her Kim.”

The song was originally recorded in 2018 and was supposed to make the cut on “Vultures,” but Minaj opted against it because it was so old.
