Further in the podcast, West revealed, per Daily Mail, that the school curriculum has been designed in such a way as to allow for some things that the standard curriculum does not offer. He said, “I should be able to put my version into the curriculum. The standard curriculum is there, they show you how to be in today’s society and all that, but we have to balance that.”
West revealed that, unlike most schools, Donda Academy will build self-confidence in students. The 45-year-old continued, “‘We need to educate the critical mass about appreciation, about religion – all religions. We need to educate the critical mass about yoga, financial literacy, we need to disclose information.’

The school will pay special attention to engineering such things as “food, housing, clothing, automotive, computers, hardware and software, financial literacy.” Rocket science is also listed, which West says is a “shoutout” to Elon Musk.

West’s recent interview was conducted not long after Rolling stone conducted an investigation into the new school, which revealed some differences over others. According to the news channel, Donda Academy’s curriculum lacks detail when placed next to similar learning institutions.
Rolling stone also claimed that the school is not yet accredited and that instructors may be hired before the school year begins. The outlet was unable to identify the Donda Academy’s new hires or staff and revealed that the person contacted declined an interview.
Two real sources reported that before enrolling, the student’s family was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
