Ye, the rapper formerly known as Kanye West, is being sued by a former project manager who claims he was fired without proper compensation.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Ye’s former project manager is suing him over a disagreement they had over the terms of the Malibu property. Not only did his former project manager claim that he had to sleep on the floor, but he also said that rapper Donda asked for a house with no windows or electricity, which he claimed created clear violations of the labor code.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Kanye West is being sued by a man named Tony Saxon, who was hired as a project manager and caretaker for one of the rapper’s Malibu properties in September 2021. In the legal documents, Saxon claims to have been working 16-hour days and sleep on the floor. Saxon claimed he “stressed her stress and anxiety” but claimed that Ye “took no action” to “help reduce her stress.” Saxon further stated that Ye “exhibited a consistent pattern of being unresponsive and difficult to communicate.”
In October 2021, Saxon claimed that he was “tired and overwhelmed” by the amount of work he had to do. He said that Ye had no problem “disregarding” his complaints. A month later, Saxon claimed he had “hurt his back badly” and needed time off to rest. She claims that the rapper “keeps insisting on getting an update on the house.”
That same week, Saxon claimed that Ye asked her to “remove all the electricity and windows from the house.” Saxon said he informed the rapper about how dangerous it was, but he claims that Ye began “raising his voice and insisting on moving the large generator inside the house, potentially leading to a fire hazard.”

According to court filings, Ye “threatened” her and claimed she would be “considered an enemy” if she did not comply with his demands. After Saxon said he refused to “put other people and himself at risk,” he claimed that Ye told him to “drop it.”
On or around the same day he was fired, Saxon said he told Kanye West that he owed $16,500 for all the work done the day before and $26,000 for reinforcing the ramp he had installed at the house, as well as all the extra supplies he had bought.
Saxon went on to say that Ye told him, “If you don’t do what I say, you won’t work for me, I won’t be your friend anymore and you’ll only see me on TV. ” After Saxon said he replied, “I don’t watch TV,” he claimed Ye told him to “Go away.”
Saxon said he “expressed concern about the extreme dangers of such actions” but Ye would not listen. As such, he is now suing for various labor code violations, unpaid wages, and damages.

Kanye West and his “wife” Bianca Censori have been making headlines for the past month as they traveled around Italy. The two were caught red-handed on a boat in Venice last month and are now being investigated by local law enforcement.
Earlier this week, Bianca, who has been wearing increasingly revealing outfits, was seen walking around with a purple pillow clutched to her chest amid calls for her to be kicked out for her embarrassing outfit. According to the Daily Mail, Kanye West was seen walking the streets of Italy wearing only a pair of socks after the two went to dinner in Florence.
A source has told Page Six that, while it looks like she’s just on vacation, she’s actually planning to release a new album that “sounds crazy.” The insider went on to say “He’s been cooking in the studio all summer” and teased that “new music is coming.”
The news comes hot on the heels of a lawsuit filed by Kanye West himself, suing social media accounts over leaked music that he claims misappropriated trade secrets and breached several contracts.
