Unpredictably, West announced his 12th studio album would be released in three parts starting in February.

Part one of his collaboration album with Ty Dolla $ign is scheduled to be released on February 9th, with the second part coming on March 8th and the final part on April 5th.

The announcement was accompanied by a strange video trailer for the album featuring clips of burning houses, strange figures disguised in black cloaks, animals and more provocative imagery.

West was previously criticized in November last year after a song from the album was released, with crude lyrics about him sleeping with a Jewish woman.

The lyrics read, “How am I antisemitic? I’m just a b—— a Jew—-.” The rapper has since apologized to the Jewish community, stating he never intended to “hurt” anyone with his statement.

Compounding this, West launched an anti-Semitic rant while in Las Vegas promoting his album. The rapper attacked some of his industry friends and accused them of being Zionists.
