Controversy continues to follow Kanye West as his unofficial presidential campaign for 2024 falls apart.
The hip-hop star, who is legally known as Ye, has been criticized for his presence on social media. The entertainer’s most alarming statement was the attack on the Jews that ended many of his lucrative contracts.
After seemingly retreating into his shell, the record producer is back in the spotlight with a renewed interest in leading the US. However, the 45-year-old’s political comeback sparked outrage with accusations of fraud.
Kanye West’s Presidential Hopes Dwindle Due to Illegal Allegations

The Donda founder’s presidential run may repeat his failed campaign in 2020 as former employees share disturbing allegations. EVERYONE, Patrick Krason, the rapper’s treasurer, announced his resignation in a letter.
Addressed to the Federal Election Commission, the finance officer hinted that he was partying with the AMA winning team because of illegal activities. The former treasurer accused the campaign adviser, Milo Yiannopoulos, of violating federal campaign finance laws.
Krason claimed the right-wing political commentator “submitted false invoices and for expenses that would be considered illegal” in 2022. In his letter, West’s former employee highlighted expenses for digital assets that Yiannopoulos allegedly wanted compensation for.
The adviser reportedly sought reimbursement from the “Gold Digger” artist’s campaign and Rep. Georgia Marjorie Taylor Greene. Following the finance official’s accusations of fraud, Yiannopoulos applauded, saying he would not “give credence to any absurd, preposterous and easily debunked claim.”
In all this, the ex-husband of Kim Kardashian does not seem to be directly involved and does not address the scandal publicly. Although the Yeezy founder has yet to officially declare his candidacy for president, given his lack of filing with the FEC, the media personality’s unofficial campaign is off to a rough start.
The father of four failed to garner support with zero donations in his “Kanye2020” political movement. While the 17-time Billboard Music Award winner may have been great at topping the charts, he hasn’t managed to convince others to bet on his campaign.
After announcing her intention to run for the White House with a since-deleted video of the “Ye 24” logo, the entertainer shared a clip of her seemingly close relationship with former President Donald Trump and white supremacist Nick Fuentes.

The three were seen enjoying dinner at the Mar-a-Lago club, a revelation that could have a negative impact on West’s campaign. Sources claim the 45-year-old has not “received a penny from anyone” to support his presidential bid.
According to the campaign finance report, the Atlanta native has been promoting his political dreams with his own money. The Hip-hop star allegedly racked up more than $142,000 in expenses.
One of the payments listed in the document revealed that the record producer’s dinner with Trump required additional expenses. The “Ghost Town” rapper allegedly paid Fuentes more than $9,000 in “trip reimbursements” the night they dined.
Yiannopoulos, a campaign adviser, reportedly received $40,000 for “campaign packaging services” in mid-December after Ye fired him. The political commentator also got a $10,000 “domain transfer” payment on the same date as the famous Mar-a-Lago fashion designer dinner.
Former Employees Sue Donda Academy For Allegedly Running A Terrible Institution
In the midst of his failed unofficial presidential campaign, the talented music executive was deeply embroiled in legal trouble.
Last month, The Blast revealed that the 24-time Grammy award winner’s problems escalated due to claims of “unlawful educational practices”. The Atlanta native has been sued by two teachers who served at his Donda Academy.
Cecilia Hailey and Chekarey Byers accused the father of four of endangering the lives of students at his private Christian school with its bizarre operating standards. The plaintiff, the only African American female teacher at the school, shared harrowing details about the institution’s alleged procedures.

Hailey claims to have uncovered a number of health and safety breaches at the academy. This includes failing to comply with state regulations regarding “students in need of educational services, supplemental testing or individualized learning plans.”
Educators state that teachers are not trained to have Basic Life Support (BLS), nor is it a job requirement. They are also exempt from undergoing mandatory journalist training, a state requirement.
Hailey stated that the school does not have a proper disciplinary system for students, especially for bullies. According to the plaintiff, he witnessed several cases of severe bullying, including when a child attacked an eighth grader and attempted to attack a teacher.
Byers supports his fellow educators’ claims that Donda lacks the basic requirements to function as a “proper school.” The academy allegedly lacked “sanitary services, nursing staff, or personnel trained to provide proper medical care.”
