Kanye West’s team has sounded the alarm about more than $1 million worth of Yeezy Gap clothing stolen from his warehouse. About 60,000 articles of clothing disappeared from storage, and according to chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulus, they were later placed at a sale in Los Angeles.
The Yeezy team discovered the sale through an ad from a fan account, which offered many Yeezy Gap apparel for $20 each. The police then went to the sale to investigate and were assured by the organizers that all the clothes for sale were legally purchased. They also provide receipts to support the claim that the sale is valid.
However, law enforcement informed TMZ that they cannot trace every item to the receipt, which means some items may be missing. Unfortunately, neither West nor his team filed a police report, and due to the organizers’ conflicting narratives, the police were unable to seize the clothing for further investigation.

After tracking the sale, West’s team issued a cease and desist letter to the promoter. In it, they accused them of falsifying receipts shown to the police to throw them off course.
Yiannopoulos pointed out that West’s team never approved the bulk sale of the clothing, and there is no record of such a large sale in their records.
Insisting that the sale promoter stole the clothes, Yiannopoulos said the team would proceed to file a police report.
He also promised that they will take any necessary steps to recover the lost clothes. He further hinted that the team seems to have uncovered the identity of one of the clothes thieves.
