In 2016, Karan Vohra made his debut with the Hindi television show Zindagi Ki Mehek where he played the role of Shaurya.

In 2018, she appeared in the lead role in the StarPlus television show ‘Krishna Chali London.’ In the show, he played the role of Dr Veer. In an interview, Karan talked about his role in TV show Krishna Chali London and said that he believes in experimenting by playing different characters in TV shows. He quoted,
Dr. Veer is a no-nonsense young doctor who is the head of the Department of Cardiology at London Medical College. He has adopted British culture leaving his Indian roots completely. This is the first time playing a doctor on screen, What impressed me the most about the character was his different mannerisms and his ideology in life. As a newbie in the television industry, I believe in experimenting with characters.”

Acting happens by accident. I am involved in construction business in Delhi. I don’t have an acting background, but I have many friends in the film industry. One day a close friend of mine recommended my name to (publisher) Saurabh Tewari.”
