In a photo shared by a news channel, William’s face can be clearly seen inside the vehicle looking down. However, his wife Kate’s face was nowhere to be seen as she was photographed looking out the car window.

Recently, a spokesperson for the Princess of Wales released a statement slamming wild conspiracy theories about Kate’s health and whereabouts.
The representative stated that the rumors were untrue and reiterated the palace’s original announcement, which stated that Kate would not return to her royal duties until after Easter.
