Katherine Langford was born on Monday, April 29, 1996 (age 24 years; as in 2020), in Perth, Western Australia, and grew up in Applecross, Australia. His zodiac sign is Taurus. She began taking voice lessons in 2005 with Heidi Lake and has trained in classical, jazz and contemporary vocals. He did his schooling from Perth Modern School, where he studied music and drama and was the sports captain there. He is also a national level swimmer. Towards the end of his high school, he had decided to become an actor but faced difficulties as he was not accepted into any acting school. He then began taking acting classes and workshops in Perth; he juggled between three part-time jobs, and finally managed to find an agent. He majored in Musical Theater from the Principal Academy of Dance & Theater Arts, Leederville. In 2016, she was selected for the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA) Advanced Actor Residency. In the same year, he studied at Nicholson’s Academy of Screen Acting. She was offered a Bachelor of Arts program at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts and was set to join in 2016. However, she chose to become an acting professional and did not enroll at the academy.
