Kaushik LM was born in 1987 (age 35; in 2022) in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. In 2007, he completed his bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communication Engineering at the Madras Institute of Technology. In 2012, Kaushik LM obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Media and Entertainment at Manipal Academy of Higher Education.

Career
Soon after completing his college studies, Kaushik LM joined Infosys in 2007 and started working as a Senior Systems Engineer. He served until May 2010. He then joined Behindwoods.com in July 2012 and started working as a Journalist and worked in that position until December 2015. In January 2016, Kaushik LM started working as a film reviewer in the Tamil film industry and started interviewing several celebrities. on his verified Twitter handle by promoting their films and brands. Soon, he became a popular social media influencer. Later, he joined Galatta’s YouTube channel as a full-time Video Jockey. Kaushik LM is also seen debating and discussing about movies on famous YouTube channels like Cinema Pesalam, Film Companion, and Cine Ulagam. At the same time, Kaushik LM started writing news, opinion columns, film reviews, music reviews, celebrity interviews, and box office reports in the entertainment section of various media houses including TheNewsMinute.
Death
He died on 15 August 2022 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. In a media interview, one of his friends stated that he was supposed to attend the press conference of his upcoming Tamil movie Jiivi 2 with his star cast but he was not present for the conference. When called, he did not pick up the phone. His colleague said,
He went to sleep around 2pm, and didn’t wake up.”
