According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Palmer and Jackson agreed to a hearing on the domestic violence allegations to be held later this year, rather than January 9.

The agreement includes an extension of a temporary restraining order previously issued to Palmer when he first filed for a restraining order against her in November 2023.

It is unclear why Palmer and Jackson agreed to move their hearings. However, the new update comes just weeks after Jackson shocked the world and filed his own restraining order against “True Jackson, VP” alum.

Recall that Palmer accused her fitness instructor ex-boyfriend of “hitting her” and “throwing her on the couch” in the massive filing that includes a home video of the alleged abuse.

The former child star was immediately granted a Temporary Restraining Order against her ex-partner and temporary sole custody of their son Leo.

On December 1, the ex-lovers reached an agreement to delay going to court on the domestic violence charges and enter into mediation. However, a few weeks later Jackson flipped the script and claimed Palmer was the one who abused him.

The fitness instructor filed a restraining order against the famous actress in response to her domestic violence allegations. According to the social media personality, Palmer was allegedly the “primary aggressor” and “engaged in abusive behavior throughout their two-and-a-half-year relationship.”

Jackson’s counterclaim cites examples of alleged abuse by the Nickelodeon alum including an August 20, 2021 incident where “Lauren punched Darius in the face at a birthday party.” There was also an incident in November 2021 where he accused the “No” actor of harassment.

“I believe it is in the best interest of our child for the Petitioner and I to share custody,” Jackson lamented in the filing, before adding, “I am requesting a court order for joint legal and physical custody. (Keke) refused to allow me to see Leodis since getting a temporary restraining order. My offer to monitor visits was declined, and he has unilaterally removed any and all access.”
