Allegation That Kyle Jacobs Died By Suicide Has Been Confirmed
Jacobs, aged 49, died suddenly at his Nashville home and Pickler’s on February 17, in what has now been confirmed as a suicide. Toxicology results revealed no drugs were found in the “Red Intruder” artist’s system at the time of his death, although he had “a history of pseudoseizures, gastrointestinal bleeding, elevated liver enzymes and chronic alcohol use,” according to documents obtained by National taste.
While pseudoseizures — or Psychogenic Nonepileptic Seizures [PNES]— mimic the physical symptoms of epileptic seizures, they are caused by an underlying psychological condition. Physical conditions such as low blood sugar can also trigger a crisis.
Pickler and his assistant alerted the Nashville Metropolitan Police Department when they were unable to access a room in the home while searching for Jacobs. When officers arrived, they soon discovered that the “The End” hitmaker, who doubled as a songwriter for other famous country music artists, had taken his own life via a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

His Death Likened to Boss Stephen ‘tWitch’
Jacobs himself celebrated the success of Brice’s co-produced album, “Hey World,” playing acoustic guitar and lending backing vocals in a social media post on Feb. 15 — his last update before his death.
“Platinum?! SWEEEET!!! Great crew of very talented people putting this one together…So honored to be a creative part of it…Thank you Jesus!!!” she had typed under the celebratory post.
For many, the update indicated that the “Chaos on the Street” singer was in an allegedly good place before taking his own life, reminding many of the passing of Stephen “tWitch” Boss.
Just like the “Don’t Need No Reason” writer, Boss shared a video of him dancing with his wife, Allison Holker, two days before she died by suicide. She captioned the touching and bittersweet clip:
“Sunday Funday Dance! With my lover!!”
The famous dancer also killed himself by shooting himself in the head with a gun, according to The Blast.
