Kellie Pickler is grieving the unexpected and shocking loss of her husband, Kyle Jacobs.
The country singer’s husband committed suicide on February 17 in their Tennessee home.
The Nashville Police Department responded to a call at his Nashville-area home Friday after a call came in about a man shooting and killing himself at the property.

Tragically it turns out that the man is Pickler’s significant other.
Jacobs was locked in a room upstairs while Pickler was downstairs. He had been asleep, but woke up briefly before he took his life.
When she couldn’t open the upstairs bedroom door, Pickler and her assistant called 911.
The couple starred in three seasons of CMT’s “I Love Kellie Pickler” from 2015 to 2017.
Pickler and Jacobs married in 2011. The couple has a shared love for country music. He is a country music songwriter for heavyweights such as Tim McGraw, Kelly Clarkson, Garth Brooks, Darius Rucker and more.

Just like Stephen “tWitch” Boss, Jacobs’ last social media post before his death was filled with joy and happiness.
Jacobs shared a post about Lee Brice’s album, “Hey World,” which will be Certified Platinum. He plays guitar and produces albums.
“Platinum?! SWEEEET!!! Great crew of very talented people putting this one together…So honored to be a creative part of it…Thank you Jesus!!!” she captioned the post.
As anyone can gather from this post, nothing but excitement, celebration and joy emanates from the caption.
He shared the post just a day before taking his own life.

On December 11, 2022, tWitch shared a video of himself dancing with his wife, Allison Holker.
She captioned the video, “Sunday Funday Dance! With my lover!!”
Two days later, the former ‘Ellen Show’ DJ checked into the Oak Tree Inn and was found dead in his room.
tWitch died from a gunshot wound to the head.
The TV personality is survived by his wife and three children.
A private funeral service was held in early January and involved only immediate family; however, a public memorial was held on the weekend of February 10.

On Saturday, February 11, a memorial service was held to honor DJ tWitch after he died at the age of 40.
The emotional event, which took place in Los Angeles, saw over 500 friends, colleagues and family attend to pay their last respects to the late dancer.
Some of the guests in attendance included Ellen DeGeneres, Jeff Thacker, Derek Hough, AJ McLean, Robin Antin, and Wayne Brady.
In addition, cast and crew from “So You Think You Can Dance” and the “Ellen DeGeneres Show” also appeared.
After her death, Holker filed a court petition to access half of their joint property as she died intestate.
