Kelly Clarkson can rest a little easier now-a-days.
The singer, TV host and mother has just been granted two five-year permanent restraining orders against two individuals.
Both individuals must live at least 100 yards from Clarkson, her home, work/place of work, her children, her children’s school or childcare.

Every legal document obtained by Explosionthe alleged stalker must not do the following: “Harass, intimidate, molest, assault, attack, stalk, threaten, assault (sexually or otherwise), beat abuse, destroy personal property, or disturb the peace of the person, – Contact person that, whether directly or indirectly, in any manner, including, but not limited to, in person, by telephone, in writing, by public or private mail, by interoffice mail, by email, by text message , by facsimile, or by other electronic means, or take any action to obtain the person’s address or location.”
Clarkson filed for a restraining order in December 2022 within days of each other.
We reported that the alleged stalker was described as “a large, imposing man, about 6 feet, 3 inches tall, and over 250 pounds.”

On Thanksgiving, he pulled up to his gated home in a semi (without a trailer) and looked over his privacy gate into his yard.
At the time of this terrifying encounter, Clarkson asked a Los Angeles judge to protect her two children, her housekeeper, and her nanny.
He added, “All these individuals either live with me or spend a lot of time in my house and outside the house. In addition, all these individuals spend a lot of time with me when I am in the office, on television and/or film sets, recording studios and other places.”

Clarkson included a statement from his security team, which outlined the exact details of the encounter with the man.
Another restraining order request involved a stalker who allegedly left strange gifts on his property for a month.
Once again, the talk show host asked for the protection of his son, his daughter, his housekeeper and his children’s nanny.
Clarkson also sought protection from Patricia Farrow, her manager who worked at the house.

The “Miss Independent” singer said she did not know the person and that she was harassed during the period between October 26, 2022 and December 6, 2022.
Michael Lopez, who has been in charge of Kelly’s personal security since 2017, said in a statement, “On or about October 26, 2022, I became aware of an individual who had left 11 specific items and a note, possibly for Ms. Brianne, at the front gate of the home Miss Brianne.”
Mr. Lopez said he tracked when the individual visited Clarkson’s home, complete with date and time, and if the security footage captured video or still photos.

“I have compiled a chart with columns for the date of each visit by this individual, the time of the visit, whether the image was from a videotape or a still image, a still image from a video or photograph, a description of the items left by this individual on Ms. Brianne’s property, and notes about the visit, including a specific note that this individual will leave for Ms. Brianne. I also included a picture of this individual and some notes and his ‘gift’,” he continued.
According to the document, “On each of those occasions, this individual either walked home or drove a Mazda Tribute SUV, with an Oregon license plate. His visit on December 5, 2022, at 5:08 p.m. was particularly troubling, as he apparently followed Ms. Brianne, who drove home with their babysitter.”
