Kelly Ripa fans may be wondering how she has the energy at 52, and that includes getting up before dawn to host Life! five days a week. The talk show host, 52, is known for her petite frame and seemingly endless energy, but it looks like she’s got help.
In 2019, Kelly opened up to Deductions to talk diet, lifestyle, exercise and long-distance relationship with husband Mark Consuelos while she’s in Canada and fans get the full scoop on her coffee game. Proving that she loves a caffeine kick, Kelly revealed that she starts the day with “Bullet Coffee,” but she’s not done there. The blonde included at least two more coffees in her day, including Starbucks on set.

“I make “Bullet Coffee” at home in the morning — it’s coffee, two shots of espresso and a tablespoon of ghee and then a packet of collagen powder. Ryan’s girlfriend got me hooked on it and I just believed that if I drank it every day, my hair will be as thick as hers.” Kelly then gets busy mixing to get a “concentrated drink” that “freezes.” The mother of three later revealed that her coffee set was a latte from Seattle-based coffee giant Starbucks.

More Coffee After the Show!
“Then I’ll drink half a coffee after the show is over. I have great energy levels. I don’t sleep, and I’m afraid if I do, it might keep me up all night,” Ripa continued.
Kelly also revealed waking up at 5.30am or maybe 6am, but not later. As soon as he woke up, he started thinking about a chat segment for the show he’s hosted since 2001.
“I do my moisturizing routine, and I like to use my own foundation so I put it on and I do my eyelashes and eyebrows. I leave around 7am for work,” she ex. My Children’s Ally stars also stated.

The Exercise Routine Behind ‘Peter Pan Body’
Kelly is one of the fittest stars around and no one can seem to believe that she’s 52 years old. She works out regularly with trainer Anna Kaiser, where heavy dance sessions, but also include slow weight-based exercises that keep Kelly’s muscles super toned.
“I like to take AKT — which is a cardio-based dance class — about four to five days a week between 3 and 5 p.m. And I like to do SoulCycle on the weekends. In the summer, I like to run in Central Park because I think it’s so beautiful ,” Kelly revealed.
