“Kenan & Kel” stars Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell paid tribute to Coolio after he died suddenly on Wednesday, September 28.
In 1996, Ken and Kel received their own original sitcom after appearing on the Nickelodeon sketch-comedy series “All That.” The show, set in Chicago, followed the adventures of two high school friends and aired for four years: from July 15, 1996, to July 15, 2000.
Although the show featured several famous guest stars, the opening theme, “Aw, Here It Goes” was actually composed by Coolio.

EMTs reportedly found no signs of life when they arrived at the scene. A source told TMZ that paramedics continued to perform CPR on the rapper “for 3/4 of an hour before concluding it was futile.” No drug paraphernalia was found at the scene.
