In a new interview with Australia’s 60 Minutes (via Page Six ), Kevin Federline was asked directly if he felt that conservatorships “saved” Britney’s life amid the breakdown of her public mental health. K-Fed replied, “One hundred percent,” adding, “I feel like him [Jamie] saved him then.”
However, the former backup dancer said that her focus was on taking care of her two young sons, and that she had no role in placing Britney under long conservatorship. “I wasn’t involved in any of that, so I really don’t know how the conservatorship happened,” he said. “I don’t know whose decision it is.”
“All I know is, you have families who are worried about their daughter and are trying to do whatever they can to help her,” he added.

“He’s trying to be like any father, like, chasing his daughter’s dream of being a superstar, working and doing all these concerts and performing,” Jayden said. “But I think some people just, like, stop realizing how much he cares about her.”
He also explained why he didn’t attend Britney’s wedding to Sam Asghari in June, even though it took place in his own backyard.

Her father, mother Lynne Spears, sister Jamie Lynn Spears, and brother Bryan, were not invited to the wedding and Britney has been excluded from her family since the end of the conservatorship.
