On Wednesday night, the Daily Mail reported that Kevin Federline was seen out in public with his wife, Victoria Prince, for the first time since he moved to Hawaii on August 1.
The two were reportedly packing on the PDA as they stood next to the ocean. She wore a black t-shirt with shorts and her long hair was tied back from her face while she sported a bikini top and black pants.

She wore a black baseball cap and sunglasses to hide her eyes from the sun and her long blonde hair was tied into a neat braid as the two of them spent time by the ocean.
The two were photographed kissing on the beach as they walked barefoot along the beach. While some say that K-Fed wants to get more child support from the pop star, others say that K-Fed just wants to enjoy time with his family away from the LA drama.
Britney Spears Reportedly ‘Relieved’ To Stop Paying Sean Child Support

On September 5, a source told the Daily Mail that Britney is “relieved” that she won’t have to pay K-Fed child support after Sean turns 18. “Britney is relieved that Sean turns 18 on September 14 because she’s tired of paying Kevin the crazy amount of money she’s been getting,” a source claims. “Britney is happy to help Sean and Jayden. There’s nothing she wouldn’t do for her kids. But this will go straight to them after they turn 18 and not Kevin.”
Fans have been concerned that Kevin decided to move to Hawaii to take advantage of a loophole that delays the termination of child support until age 23, as long as the child is enrolled in an accredited college, university, vocational or trade school. However, according to the outlet:
“Under revised statute 576B-611 (2016) if child support is established in another state then the state where it is established has exclusive jurisdiction, stating orally: ‘In proceedings to modify a child support order, the law -specified state law has issued a preliminary control order governing the duration of the support obligation.’”
Therefore, it seems too late to renegotiate the custody agreement, which, in Sean’s case, expires on September 14.
