“American Beauty” actor Kevin Spacey has been sued by a massage therapist after he “became visually aroused.”
According to a new lawsuit, Kevin Spacey booked a massage with a therapist, where he then made sexual advances and even offered to pay extra money in exchange for sexual favors.
The male massage therapist claims that Spacey booked three different 90-minute massages at New York’s Edition Hotel in August and September 2016. The documents state that Spacey made unwanted and inappropriate sexual advances during the massage appointment, and asked the therapist for help sexual , which includes he wants a massage to focus on the butt.
The therapist also accused the “House of Cards” actor of doing yoga poses during the massage, which caused Spacey to expose his privates, which made the therapist very uncomfortable.
Specifically, “Spacey repeatedly became sexually aroused during the sessions and even offered additional money in exchange for sexual favors,” the suit says. He added that he also accused the 64-year-old actor of “repeatedly making sexual comments on his looks and physique.”
Spacey is also accused of grabbing the masseuse’s hand and trying to place it on his penis, although the therapist said she repeatedly told Spacey “no.”

She is now suing Kevin Spacey after she claims the massage session resulted in mental and emotional stress, and even suffers from anxiety, depression, and PTSD to this day. He also said he feared “for his livelihood as a massage therapist, husband, and father”.
The “Baby Driver” actor was accused of forcing a different male masseuse to touch his privates during a home massage in 2016. Spacey denied the allegations and the case was dropped.
Kevin Spacey Found Not Guilty of Seven Counts of Sexual Assault

The new claims come just months after Kevin Spacey was found not guilty of sexual assault charges in the United Kingdom.
As The Blast previously reported, Kevin Spacey faces nine charges from four different accusers, including sexual assault allegedly committed between 2001 and 2013.
After deliberating for 12 hours and 26 minutes, the jury acquitted Spacey of all seven counts of sexual assault. He was also found not guilty of one count of causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent. The final charge is causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent.
As the jury announced the not guilty verdict, Spacey broke down in tears before hugging his manager and legal team. Due to the accusations, most of Spacey’s ongoing shows and roles have been canceled.
