Khloé Kardashian is grieving the loss of a family member. Her baby’s father, Tristan Thompson, lost her mother, Andrea, earlier this month. On January 6, news broke that his mother had died a day earlier at her home in Toronto, leaving behind Tristan and his three siblings, Dishawn, Daniel, and Amari.
The 38-year-old reality star finally broke her silence, describing Andrea’s passing as “unfair” as she penned a sweet eulogy for her children’s grandmother.

In a post that can only be described as a sweet and heartfelt compliment, Khloé Kardashian wrote about how life can be “brutally unfair at times” and how Andrea’s passing “has been one of the hardest times in many of our lives.”
Andrea died on Thursday, January 5, 2023, after a heart attack. He was rushed to the hospital but doctors could not revive him. According to various media reports, the 31-year-old basketball player and his ex rushed to Canada to be with family.
In her eulogy, Khloé went on to say how lucky she is to have Andrea in her life, writing, “at the same time, I feel lucky that I have someone who made saying goodbye so hard. So hard that I chose not to say goodbye for good because that’s something I can’t understand. Goodbye for good is something I don’t believe in.”
He also talks about his faith in the almighty, writing that he knows that he will see Andrea again. Wrote the mother of two, “I KNOW I’ll see you again. I know I will hear your sweet voice and infectious laugh again. I know I will be able to feel your arms. I will see you again who has gone before you who I miss, love and cherish so much. So, I choose to say, until I see you again in Heaven, I miss you and I will continue to miss you more and more every day.”

Khloé also posted a photo of herself with Amari, Tristan Thompson’s sister, who suffers from epilepsy, a neurological disorder that causes unprovoked seizures and loss of consciousness as well.
Her post mentions all of Andrea’s “boys.” The reality star wrote, “I know you are with our Lord and Savior. I know you’re having fun up there. Dancing and singing and probably yelling “who did that!!” because we mourn your loss. At the same time, I know you never want to leave your son. They are your whole world. They will learn to live with a hole in their heart because they are warriors just like their warrior mothers.
Tristan Thompson previously mentioned how his mom basically made it her life’s goal to take care of Amari, and the NBA player supports her. He also established The Amari Thompson fund in 2013 to benefit Epilepsy Toronto to raise awareness, education and funding for the disorder.
In 2022, Thompson said, “Everyone has their motivation. For me, it was my brother and my family. My mother had to sacrifice every day, too. She had to watch over a child for 24-hour care. That took her away from life and his own freedom.”
A Heartbreaking Promise For Amari, Tristan Thompson’s Sister

Khloé Kardashian also promised Andrea to look after Amari, as the former bus driver is heartbroken about her daughter’s epilepsy.
Wrote Khloé “Just know, I promise you, Amari will be fine. We will all take care of him, help him and protect him. Your boys will be fine because they have their guardian Angel by their side.”
He then quoted from the New Testament before ending his broadcast with a series of “I Love You” and heart emoticons. Fans shared her grief, while her family rallied around her to support her, including mom Kris Jenner who wrote, “Oh my precious girl, I love you so ? may God wrap you in His arms and give you strength.”
Jenner had also posted a eulogy for Andrea, earlier and she and Khloé had attended Andrea’s funeral.
