Khloe & “KhloeMoney” Sued By Ex-Assistant
The co-founder of Good American has been sued for the second time in ONE MONTH! He was recently sued by a GA employee and now, he is being sued by a former assistant. In a document obtained by ExplosionKhloe was sued by Matthew Manhard.
Matthew Manhard is a former assistant who is suing several things.
Khloe and her company “KhloMoney” are being sued. A former employee of KK said she was hired on or about January 28, 2019, by KhloMoney as a “housekeeper for Kardashian (Khloe).”
He claims Khloe directly controls his pay, hours and/or working conditions. In her lawsuit, Manhard alleges that KhloMoney’s hiring policies and practices were intended to intentionally avoid overtime and double pay as required by California law.

This allows KhloMoney to profit illegally and gain an unfair advantage over law-abiding competitors. Manhard is informed and believes, and upon such information and belief, claims that at all times related to this Complaint, Manhard is a non-exempt employee entitled to overtime pay.
In addition to unpaid overtime, Manhard claims he suffered a knee injury in May 2022. He reported it to Khloe and asked for time off.
When he is ready to go back, he tells KK who tells him he has no work for him. Manhard believes and claims Khloe has terminated her employment on or about Nov 9, 2022.

Our document states, “Manhard has suffered both general and special damage in the past and present and will continue to suffer such damage in the future for an unknown period of time. Manhard has also suffered and continues to suffer loss in income and other employment benefits, as well as past and future non-economic injuries. This has caused damage to Manhard’s professional reputation, as well as Manhard’s income and other benefits. Moreover, Manhard has also suffered, and continues to suffer, extensive general damage in the form of anxiety, grief, and mental anguish.
He also claimed he did not receive the mandated meals and breaks.
Manhard claims he is capable of performing essential duties with reasonable accommodation for his disability and will not impose undue hardship on KhloMoney.
No specific dollar amount has been requested for specific damages.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a model who worked for the company in November 2021 claimed she was not paid on time. Now, instead of $3,500 for a day’s work, he wants to be paid over $100,000.
Model Jourdan Whitehead is suing Good American for late payment penalties after not paying her on time for a day’s worth of services.
The document, filed in Los Angeles County on Wednesday, February 15, states that Whitehead is “a professional actor who earns his living by working as an actor in the production or broadcast of films.”
According to the California Labor Code, “film production or broadcast” means “the development, creation, performance, or broadcast of a theatrical or television film, television show, commercial advertisement, music video or any other moving image, including, but not limited to, the production made for entertainment, commercial, religious or educational purposes, whether these productions are presented by film, tape, live broadcast, cable, satellite transmission, Webcast or any other technology currently in use or may be adopted in the future.”
