As part of the backlash, Ye took a nasty jab at Vogue fashion editor Gabriella-Karefa Johnson who criticized her actions, prompting many to come to her aid, including model Gigi Hadid, who branded her a “bully.”
In true Ye style, the rapper addressed the backlash over the controversial t-shirt but not without involving his estranged wife and her family, accusing them of keeping his children from him. However, this time, Khloe is standing up for her family, sending a strong message to the rapper to back off!

Following Gigi’s backlash over her comments about Karefa-Johnson, Kanye took to Instagram to defend himself. Across a black background, the “Donda” rapper poured his heart out, writing, “I wonder what Gigi and Venus’ perspective is when I don’t know where my son is on his birthday.

Ye continued, “Gabby told me that she didn’t agree with that (and that’s what I said in a good way) she said it was in her group chat. So why does everyone feel free to attack me about my t-shirt.” The 24-time Grammy Award winner paid tribute to political commentator Candace Owens, who joined her wearing a “White Lives Matter” shirt at the fashion show.
“Candace Owens is the only public figure who says it’s wrong for The Kardashians to keep me from seeing my daughter,” she lamented. “Or we only speak up when we want to bring down a black man for actually having a different political opinion.” Ye ended his post with a message for his fans, “And for all the viewers who are so angry about my T-shirt, where are you when I can’t see my kids? I went public with the hope of gaining public support at that time.”

Kanye’s post didn’t go down well with fans who ripped him for always playing the victim as a Black Man when it comes to his estranged wife but never supporting the Black community.
One fan wrote, “you use black skin as a coat to persecute yourself,” while another asked, “So BLM is only when you and your kids. Why should duck teeth and Venus have an opinion on your family affairs?”

However, no one seemed as upset about Ye’s post as Khloe, who defended her sister with a rant.
“Yes, I love you. I don’t want to do this on social media, but YOU keep bringing it up here,” Khloe began. “You are my niece’s father, and I try to be respectful, but please STOP tearing Kimberly down and using our family when you want to detour.”
The Good American co-founder then spilled the tea about Kanye’s claims that Kim and his family kept him away during Chicago’s birthday. “Again, with the birthday narrative. Enough is enough. We all know the truth, and in my opinion, everyone is tired of it. You know exactly where your kids are at all times, and YOU want separate birthdays .”
Khloe threatened to show the receipts of Ye’s conversation with Kim about the birthday celebration, adding that even if the rapper changed his mind, he attended the party.
“As you mentioned, he is the one who takes care of your children 80% of the time. Please leave him and his family so that the children can be raised in peace 🙏,” Khloe urged. “I come from a place of love, and I’m happy to continue this conversation in person if you want 🤍.
