Kid Cudi Drops Hints About Calling It Quits On His Music Career

Rapper and actor Kid Cudi may just be planning to hang up his boots.

The rapper recently released his eighth studio album “Entergalactic” which debuted alongside the Netflix special of the same name.

He shared during an interview with First We Feast’s “Hot Ones” that he is nearing the end of his music career and that he is “very curious to see what else” he can still do in music.

Kid Cudi also expressed his desire to work as a kindergarten teacher in the future, saying he wants to “infect young people with that freshness.”

During a recent chat with Sean Evans of First We Feast’s “Hot Ones,” the Grammy award-winning rapper dropped hints about the next step in his long-running career.

Cudi started his career in the rap game in the early 2000s and has since become one of the most talked about rappers in the music industry. However, having achieved most of what he set out to do, the 38-year-old shared that it might be time for him to say goodbye to music.

“I didn’t know if I wanted to make music, drop an album for too long, you know? “I’m pretty much done with all the Kid Cudi stuff, I guess,” the “Day ‘n’ Nite” host said, per Page Six.

But before he ends his career, Cudi shared that he’s “very curious to see what else” he can still do in the music industry, possibly hinting at new collaborations and a new album in the near future.
