Dressed in a sexy black latex coat and a pair of matching thigh-high stiletto boots, the mother-of-four rocked her raven black hair in soft waves as she enjoyed the rare opportunity. The founder of KKW Beauty posed on a luxurious gold bed with Lagerfeld’s beloved Birman cat, Choupette.
The fashion favorite cat, who has 149k Instagram followers, didn’t seem interested in Kardashian’s presence. However, the cat’s bombastic side-eye gaze didn’t stop the entertainer from showering the iconic pet with kisses…from a safe distance.
When he’s not lying in bed, tied up with Choupette, the businessman takes fans on a tour of the late designer’s office. In one photo, the media personality appears to be hinting at her Met Gala outfit while admiring some of Lagerfeld’s sketches plastered on the wall.
The SKIMS founder was also seen inside the deceased’s office, where staff showed off his designs at Chanel’s creative director’s desk. The carousel ends with a clip of the California native filming himself in bed with Choupette.

The adorable photo dump received over 800,000 likes and thousands of fan comments. Katy Perry gushed: “WHAT AN ICON! @choupetteofficiel,” while others expressed surprise at Kardashian’s participation in the upcoming ball.
“Wait, I thought the Kardashians weren’t invited, lol,” one person wondered, referring to rumors of the family’s Met Gala snub. “He said ‘who’s not invited,'” another read, while a third wrote: “Captioned this to confirm they were invited to the Met.”

Last year, The Blast reported that the theme for the 2023 Met Gala would be a tribute to Lagerfeld. Scheduled to be held on May 1, the evening will honor the life and legacy of the late fashion icon.
Following the announcement, several fans and celebrities voiced their dismay at the response of a man they deemed “unacceptable.” The German native may have won the hearts of the fashion industry with his incredible designs. However, his personality is far from praiseworthy.
