Kim Kardashian Faces Backlash For Association With Balenciaga

Kim Kardashian may be the ‘queen of color’, but she’s once again receiving a backlash that doesn’t look like it’s going away anytime soon.

The Kar-Jenner family is used to being attacked for almost anything they get into, but it seems that the fans’ anger is not unfounded this time. The fashionista’s recent relationship with the famous fashion brand Balenciaga whose latest campaign photos are somewhat questionable has angered the public.

The “Kardashians” star’s refusal to take sides and speak out against the brand’s use of objectionable images in their campaigns has led many to question her morality. Followers are determined to hold him accountable once and for all and deal with the accusations by cutting ties with them.

What initially appeared to be a shade towards her ex-husband Kanye West has now turned into criticism from her fans. In the post, she sits on a couch wearing a silver athletic neck top with Adidas and Balenciaga’s combined logo embroidered on it, paired with matte bike shorts made from spandex and their big signature boots.

Whether this is a message that signifies his decision to stay with them or not, it did not sit well with his followers, as many comments came for the entrepreneur and his tone-deaf photo.

One fan wrote, “Ironic Balenciaga copying Adidas. You must have missed Balenciaga’s campaign that sexualized youngsters with ties. ill Maybe stand for something. For once.” At the same time, another stated, “Damn Balenciaga, did you see their ad? You have 4 kids!”

Another user brought Kim’s daughter into the matter, writing, “Maybe they should have used North and Chi for the campaign, see if you’ll speak up later!!!” as another added that Candace had already called it “her crime with Balenciaga,” while one simply shouted, “Talking about BALENCIAGA!!!!!”

Some spoke of the ridiculousness of the campaign, asking why children were holding “bears in ALLIANCE LEATHER GOODS???!? aren’t you a mother?? Speak up.” Another noted that the reality TV star didn’t say anything because she was desperate.

Going a bit extreme, one follower simply typed in the hashtag, “#boycottbalenciaga,” as one described the campaign as “soft cat porn.” Others are confused as to why she continues to wear their products, knowing about their issues and wondering if she is thinking about her children.

Some openly disdain the appearance of the boots and suggest they all stop following social media influencers to deliver a strong message. One follower demanded that he denounce the brand outright, while another stated that he is part of the problem if he chooses not to say something.

Earlier, the brand, whose two controversial ads simultaneously included a child model holding a teddy bear wearing a sexual slavery outfit and court documents that could be viewed about virtual child pornography, issued an apology to the public. Fox Business shared an apology issued by the brand, which read:

“We apologize for displaying disturbing documents in our campaign. We take this matter seriously and are taking legal action against those responsible for creating the set and including items that were not approved for our Spring 23 campaign photo shoot.”

Owner of ‘KKW Beauty’ Criticized for Pretending to Cook

The famous tribe is known for its wide reach and influence on consumers, so they are flooded with offers from brands, but not all of them are suitable for fans. The Blast reports that while they may be fine with some things pretending to cook for her kids is where they draw the line.

In the video posted, the founder of “SKIMS” promoting the vegan brand “Beyond Meat vegan nugget” said that he is always looking for a quick, easy and healthy way to feed his family.

She adds that she’ll fry the nuggets for “a delicious plant-based protein option that everyone in the family will love. It’s the easiest way to go overboard.” This sparked opinions in the comments, which were not very friendly.

In the post, “What would happen if you just made chicken nuggets out of plants? ??#ad Well, @beyondmeat just did, and they’re really good. Look for them at your local @krogerco!” one comment read, “You can support almost any product BUT food and cooking. We all know you never lift a finger at simple domestic tasks.”

Several others noted that most of her fans know that she hires multiple cooks and nannies for her children.
