Kim Kardashian passed on the lessons she learned from her previous marriage to her hairdresser just before she tied the knot with actor Gage. In last week’s episode of Hulu’s hit reality TV show, “The Kardashians,” she urged Appleton to get a prenuptial agreement.
In the scene, Appleton video calls Gage to ask the 43-year-old an important question, but he comes up with a prenuptial question and says:
“I don’t care what you have, who you are, what you do,” and then added the famous lyric from ex-husband Kanye West’s 2005 hit “Gold Digger” — ‘We want a prenup. We want a prenup.”
When Gage finally picked up the call, Kardashian said “Oh my God, congratulations. Wait, can I give you a tip from a lawyer? Pranup.” The SKIMS founder also offered to devise plans for a now-separated couple who contacted him to ask if he could officiate their wedding in Las Vegas.

In Divorce Hairdresser And Actress ‘White Lotus’
Well, seven months later, the hairdresser has now filed for divorce from her husband citing “irreconcilable differences” and in true obedience to Kardashian’s advice, they’ve had a prenup.
The case filed in Los Angeles Superior Court lists the separation date as October 11, 2023, and their wedding date as April 22, 2023. Appleton and the “Euphoria” actress tied the knot in a secret wedding aired on “The Kardashians.”
Appleton and the “Road House” star exchanged wedding vows at the Little White Chapel in Vegas and rocked matching fur jackets as Appleton shared details of the event on Instagram and thanked her boss and Twain for an unforgettable day.
Per The Blast they have no children together, eliminating any possibility of a custody or child support battle. However, Appleton has asked the court to end the ability for either spouse to request or be granted spousal support.
Regarding the separation of their assets and debts, Appleton wants to implement it “according to the Prenuptial agreement of the parties signed on May 3, 2023. Therefore, all assets and obligations of each spouse are his separate property.

The hairdresser, however, wants all legal fees to be paid by himself and Gage and also to hold separate rights to community property and assets purchased during their marriage.

The couple initially sparked dating rumors in February after posting images from a trip together to Mexico and even getting overly expressive in the comments.
They took to public and official red carpet venues with their relationship at the Vanity Fair Campaign Hollywood and TikTok Celebrate Vanities: A Night for Young Hollywood event rocking matching black and white ensembles.
As reported by The Blast, Appleton however remained coy about her love life when she was asked about the flirty Instagram photos in a New York Times interview, saying:
“If they want to think like that, they can. I’m pretty open about most things in my life, but I have a problem with the culture of everyone having to know everyone’s business and nothing being sacred. It’s a weird line that I’m still trying to figure out.”
She later confirmed their relationship on “The Drew Barrymore Show” and added that she was “so happy and so in love,” noting that she felt very grateful to share her time with Gage.
The “Down Low” actress shared Appleton’s sentiments when she confirmed their status on ‘The Today Show” a few weeks later, saying, “I feel so happy, so lucky and so in love. He is a handsome man. Something about being in London, I got a taste of the Brits and couldn’t help myself.”
