It is not unusual that he filed various trademarks for toys and clothing. He has filed various trademarks for all four of his children.

Kim and Kanye West share North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.

US Sun reported SKIM’s creators filed for a trademark on November 1.

The first of 12 trademark filings includes “non-medicated skin care preparations; skin moisturizers; skin lotions; skin creams; skin cleansers” and various other cosmetics.

Kim isn’t the only Kar-Jenner sister planning for her children to become business moguls.

Kylie Jenner filed to trademark “Stormi World” shortly after her daughter’s first birthday in 2019.

Last August, the creator of Kylie Cosmetics filed three new trademarks for Stormi World.

According to the same outlet, the first of the three trademarks is for “advertising and endorsement services” to “promote the goods and services of others.”

The trademark also details “retail store services” including “gifts; general consumer goods; clothing; clothing accessories; toys; sporting goods; beauty products; cosmetics; skin care and fragrances.”

Just like Kim, Kylie tagged merchandise including “toy figures; doll accessories; doll; draw toys; baby toys; mechanical action toys; electronic action toys; playset for action figures and soft sculpture toys” under “Stormi World.”

The third “Stormi World” trademark includes “coats; dresses; shoes; headwear; jackets; jumpers; loungewear; rompers; scarves; shirts; sweaters; underwear; socks; socks; swimwear; fabric bibs; gloves ; sleepwear; a piece of clothing for babies and children and clothes for use in children’s dress-up games.”

Kylie has trademarked several brands under her moniker including Kylie Cosmetics, Kylie Skin, Kylie Baby and Kylie Swim.

When Kylie initially launched Kylie Swim, many shoppers and customers slammed the product for being “cheap.”

Orders came flooding in when the Kylie Swim launched. Their products range from one-pieces, to sexy bikinis that sell for an average price of $85.00 a pop.

After getting the yellow Kylie Swim box, many users posted their comments about the product to social media, more specifically TikTok.

They have A LOT to say about very little material…

A swimsuit designer named Jessica Anderson shared her review on TikTok and Reddit, and before trying on a piece, she noted that the material was so thin, you could actually see the Kylie Swim tag from the outside of the suit.

In addition to the material being very thin and barely covering anything, other reviews claim the stitching is sloppy and the material feels cheap.

Despite all the backlash, Kylie filed to “revive” the dead trademark on July 25, 2022.

The reality TV star also filed to trademark “Kylie Swim by Kylie Jenner” and “Kylie Swim.”

The trademark is for a clothing boutique, according to a description at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
