While some praised the reality star for her physique, others ripped her. Unsurprisingly, given the Ozempic rumours, some have also claimed that Kim has been taking weight loss drugs.

Others, however, went the route of alleged plastic surgery. “She has an amazing NATURAL BODY! It’s a shame to see how he destroyed it, hmmmm,” one fan wrote. Kardashian has admitted to using some fillers, but she has always maintained that her body is 100% natural.
