However, the internet is talking about Kim in a more hilarious and viral way.

Okay, so the reality TV star turned big business millionaire recently bought an amethyst cross necklace once worn and owned by Princess Diana.

In 1987, the late Princess of Wales rocked the famous Attallah Cross at a charity ball in London. The cross pendant was designed by jewelery company Garrard, which lent the accessory to the late royal. The piece features beautifully encrusted amethyst gems, diamonds and gold plating.

This bold style from the 80s made Diana the watcher of her generation, making the Attallah Cross an item of significant value. Decades later, Kardashian won a rare diamond-encrusted necklace for $197,453 at a Sotheby’s auction on January 18.

Fans are really upset that KK can take part in such prestigious history.

Kim doesn’t seem to be swayed by the online chatter, if anything, she lives for it and is most likely looking for items belonging to deceased celebrities to buy.
