In her Instagram post, the popular fitness trainer shared a video of her posing for the camera in a short-sleeved boxy dress and chunky white sneakers. The text above the video reads “Bring on the cuteness… and the heat!”
The video then changes to show Senada flexing her toned muscles in a black bikini while standing barefoot on a wooden floor. She turned back, giving fans a glimpse of her tan bun while showing off her bulging quads.
In the caption, Senada continues to promote body positivity among her 4.1 million Instagram followers. “Don’t apologize YOU! Whatever looks like the best version of YOU, that makes YOU happy,” she wrote in the caption. “We have one true home, our one body, so why not make it the strongest, most comfortable, fun place to live… on our own terms!”

Late last month, the Zentoa founder took to Instagram again to share a video in which she posed in a black dress with a see-through mesh skirt. She paired the look with strappy black heels and styled her hair in loose waves that fell to her shoulders.
The text on the video reads, “Turn their hate… into a motivational speech!” Some of the critical comments he received about his appearance appeared on screen, including messages saying he looked “too muscular” and “not feminine.”

DO NOT let negative comments, whether on social media in your daily life affect you at all!” he wrote in the caption. “They are nothing but a reflection of the person who wrote them… their view of themselves, their own insecurities, their fears, their struggles, their shortcomings…”
