Many individuals travel during the summer and Senada Greca is no exception. However, popular fitness trainers also know that it’s important to eat healthy while traveling. That’s why he put together an Instagram video that shows his followers exactly what he eats, even when he’s staying in a hotel.
Sanada eats a lot for breakfast, including three scrambled eggs, turkey meatballs, mixed vegetables and croissants. For lunch, he eats a burrito bowl. He had a turkey burger for dinner before capping off his day with a sweet treat: a bowl of beet yogurt.

“What I eat in a day – or rather what I eat on a given day while traveling,” she wrote in the caption. “Traveling and staying in a hotel room can challenge your dedication to a healthy lifestyle when it comes to diet and exercise. But, where there’s a will, there’s always a way.”
“My ideology is not to restrict or completely eliminate things that I enjoy, but rather to adjust portions or modify,” he explained, making sure to avoid the words “cheat meal” or “cheat day” in his caption.

“This is especially important when starting out in creating better and healthier habits. I have found that the all or nothing approach doesn’t work for most people, it can feel very limiting and this can create a yoyo effect, a cycle of feasting and starving,” she explains.
“But when you allow ‘unhealthy’ foods in small amounts, and replace most portions of your meals with healthier options, a healthier life becomes more sustainable. And eventually you will switch from less healthy food choices to healthier ones.”

“Thanks for your input but I’m not sharing what you or anyone else should be eating… the post is called what I (keyword ‘l’) eat in a day,” explained Senada. “Also, you’re wrong in assuming that someone starting their fitness journey needs to take less. Everything is relative and depends on a lot of personal characteristics. So some people, beginners or not, may need more food than shown here and some less. A blanket statement does not apply to everyone.”

Fans also appreciate how “real” Senada is in her videos. “Croissant is everything, kudos,” commented one fan. “Croissants are a weakness,” Senada admits. “An absolute lie!!!! No one can eat a burger with ketchup in a white dress without spilling,” another follower teased. “Tomato sauce is with the burger but I didn’t use tomato sauce on the burger,” Senada admitted.
