Fitness trainer Senada Greca, Kim Kardashian’s fitness trainer, is getting sweaty in her tiny bikini, but this time, it’s not from her workout!

The Zentoa founder has shared plenty of beach bikini workouts during her trip to Cabo, but this time, she decided to work up a sweat while trying out a sauna routine suggested by former “Fear Factor” host Joe Rogan.

To say that he was dripping with sweat was an understatement! The fitness trainer looked absolutely drenched as she took a selfie standing barefoot on the tiled floor of her hotel room. Her curly hair was brushed back from her face as she showed off her toned stomach in a tiny bikini that barely showed off her curves.

In the caption of her Instagram post, Senada revealed that she took Joe Rogan’s advice and his sauna routine and decided to try it herself. He opened his post by explaining how discomfort can create change and growth, which is why he decided to try the controversial sweat session himself.

“Discomfort is the source of growth. Find it, face it and overcome it. On the other side of being uncomfortable puts your full potential,” he wrote. “I was amazed when I saw @joerogan post about being in a sauna at over 194° F for 20 minutes.”

“Then maybe in Cabo I do the Temzcal ceremony, 4 rounds of 20 minutes of intense heat while working on a specific intention I have for myself,” he continued. “As synchronicity says, @peterattiamd the next day had a post with @timferriss about how 4 rounds of 20 minutes of sauna at 175° reduced relative all-risk mortality by 40% and absolute risk by 18%.”

“Pictured here is me after 4 rounds of 20 minutes at 190° Fahrenheit. So while the data is indisputable, for me it goes beyond what can be measured,” he wrote. “For me, it was a test of my ability to cope while every cell in my body wanted to quit. But I coped. And these examples of I am the building blocks of self-confidence and find that I am not bound by my self-limiting beliefs.”

The first cable-only glute and leg workout was so popular, he decided to share another one. He shares exercise demonstrations for donkey kicks, front sumo squats, assisted pistol squats, and a series of other exercises designed to work the muscles of the lower body.
