Fitness trainer Senada Greca, Kim Kardashian’s new fitness trainer, is being open and honest about her weight with her 4.2 million Instagram followers!
The Zentoa founder donned a black bikini as she shared her height and weight, telling fans that she feels strong and confident in her skin, even though it weighed more than she expected at the start of her fitness journey.

In her latest Instagram post, the fitness coach warned her followers not to let the number on the scale determine the success of their fitness journey. “Don’t let the number on the scale dictate how you feel. You might lose the best version of YOU!” she wrote in the caption. “1 year and about 8 pounds later now at 138 pounds on my 5 foot, 5.5 inch frame.”
“There was a time when I would feel scared when I was over 130 pounds… Now, at 138 pounds, I honestly feel the best. I feel steady, strong and comfortable,” he said, adding that some things had changed in that time. For starters, he now eats a little above maintenance and makes sure that he hits all of his macros, which are different for each individual.

He also changed his workouts from four lower-body days a week to three days. Now he also adds an ab day or two each week and an upper body day but takes days off as needed. He does one full-body workout per week and has one active rest day, where he usually incorporates some abs. Since he already does one or two abdominal exercises per week, he counts that as one to two rest days per week.
When he exercises, he also works to strengthen his mind-muscle connection. “I can’t stress enough to focus and be present with the movement and working muscles,” she wrote, while also reminding her followers that it’s important to lift challenging weights while not compromising on form.

Your skin is so flawless and glowing,” commented one fan. Senada replied, “You are very good. Thank you. I don’t… but I moisturize well and usually add a drop of coconut oil to my moisturizer.”

“Amazing… May I ask and no offense but do you use any high performance supplements like steroids or any other supplements? Besides whey protein, what else do you use if anything…” another follower commented. Sanada replied, “No offense my dear. A lot of people (and understandably so) don’t know the difference between a natural physique and one that takes steroids or is done unnaturally.”
“I’m 100% natural. I have never nor will I touch that. I eat well and I work hard,” he continued. “I take a multivitamin. Fish oil and even though I’m not plant-based, I prefer plant-based protein powder.”

Another follower asked, “So, to fix it: out of 7 days is 3 days lower body, 2 days upper body+abs, 1 day full body, 1 rest day with abs circuit?” Senada replied, “Yes. But sometimes, if I feel the need, I take an extra rest day and usually sacrifice an upper body day.”
