In a four-second Instagram clip set to Big Boss Vette’s hit song “Pretty Girls Walk,” Senada shared a video of her slumped over on a couch in her activewear before she suddenly changed into a black blazer with a plunging neckline.
In the caption, Senada wrote, “Happy International Women’s Day. Who are the women you respect and inspire you? Tell me below. May you always wear your crown high and proud while always empowering your fellow queens to do the same. By empowering others, we empower ourselves.”
“As a young girl, I was always shy, a bit of a tomboy, who loved her shorts and the freedom they gave me to run and play,” she explained. “I was always driven to wear skirts, to be more feminine… But I didn’t know that embracing and stepping into my own strength would allow me to step into my feminism, which isn’t always about wearing skirts and dresses.”
