In one of her latest Instagram posts, the popular fitness trainer showed her followers that they can build a strong core no matter where they are! He shared an Instagram carousel featuring four slides of exercise demonstrations ranging from flutter kicks with dumbbell side holds to hollow body holds with dumbbell crunches. In the caption, she reminded her followers that a strong core “isn’t just for aesthetics,” adding, “It’s important for your health!”

While she must have met many famous faces serving as a fitness trainer for Kim Kardashian, Senada Greca took to Instagram just a day before she shared her ab workout to reveal that she had the honor of meeting the legendary Arnold Schwarzenegger.
“It’s a meeting honoring @schwarzenegger, someone who achieved his dreams in the face of adversity and has been a great inspiration to me in doing the same,” he wrote in the caption, explaining that he had come to the US as a teenager after being born in Albania. She struggles with easy-to-style clothes and waits in line just to get a loaf of bread.

As a child, she struggled with “anxiety, depression, eating disorders, multiple traumas,” and never imagined that she would one day become a fitness trainer rubbing elbows with Hollywood stars. “I look back and see that it was inevitable! That I will definitely succeed. My work ethic, from a very young age, was unmatched. Even as a child, I refused to stay home when I was sick because I didn’t want to miss out,” he revealed. “Work hard, keep going, then play!”
After graduating from university, she got her Master’s degree and began pursuing her goal of helping people “step into their strengths, mentally and physically.” Although he doesn’t work the same hours as usual, Senada said that he still works his “derrière off” and continues to post daily videos on Instagram to help motivate his followers to achieve their goals.

“I edit all and shoot most of my videos, I continue to perfect my craft, all the while running 2 companies, an activewear brand and a fitness app,” he explains. “So in short my friends, I am proof that no matter where you come from, the ugliness you face, the trauma, the obstacles, and the tears, you can achieve what you believe in and what you work for. In Arnold’s words, put in the work. There is no magic pill.”
