New details about the estranged couple’s fight reveal that things got so bad between them in late August that the police had to step in and help “mediate” the tense situation.

The strange incident happened on Aug. 25 around 10 p.m. when the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star called 911, claiming her estranged husband barricaded himself in their master bedroom and wouldn’t let her in.

“He has threatened me. He won’t open the door. This is crazy to me,” she told the 911 dispatcher, sounding panicked, before adding that she had to call a locksmith to get her medication.
When asked if anyone had access to weapons, he replied, “I don’t know. Kroy has a weapon. I don’t know what he did with them. They may be locked in their dafe.” While talking to dispatchers, Zolciak yelled obscenities at the NFL player, saying he deserved to be in his room.
“I don’t follow your behavior. I’m tired of you threatening me, open the door. This is my house too; you don’t own this house. I’ve more than accommodated,” he shouted.
When the dispatcher asked if she was in danger, Zolciak revealed the damning truth claiming Biermann had been physically violent with her. In his words:
“I am in danger. He threatened me, yes and he was physical before ma’am. I have many people who will vouch for it!”

In addition to the 911 footage, body cam footage of the altercation was obtained by TMZ. Biermann locked himself in a bedroom while police tried to assess and control the situation.
Milton, GA, police officers were seen talking to a disheveled and emotional Zolciak, telling her to “not make it worse” and to let them get her things from the room. He, however, argued, saying it was unfair.

In the background, Biermann is held up screaming, to which the “Don’t Run” star replies, “I just want to sleep in my bed.” Nevertheless, the uniformed officer continued to plead for “compromise” before approaching the bedroom door to speak with the former outfielder.
Annoyed by the situation, police were heard telling the former Atlanta Falcons player, “Sir, if you keep going down this road, it’s not going to go well. You are now making me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.”
However, Biermann remained adamant, declaring that he had done nothing to the officer and that his “safety was at risk.” After a long back-and-forth between officials and Biermann, the former athlete finally obliged and handed over a few items – a blanket, phone charger, medicine and neck cream – for his estranged wife.
In July, the controversial couple had a similar argument, in which the police had to act again. In the police recording, Zolciak, who was wearing a robe, continued to cry, “he locked me out of the house; he locked me out of the bathroom.”
‘RHOA’ Star Wants Divorce Aborted But Biermann Refuses
Weeks before the damning tapes and 911 calls came to light, the 45-year-old shocked the world when he filed a motion, asking a judge to annul their divorce because he and Biermann had cohabited and had sex.
An excerpt from the court document reads, “The allegation of irretrievable marriage is false if the parties have resumed living together or have reconciled for any length of time.”

He also claimed that “the marital relationship between the parties existed until and then continued after the filing of the Petition, and after the Respondent was personally served with the Petition, indicating that the marriage was, or was at some point viable after the filing of the Petition.”
However, her filing drew an immediate response from her estranged husband, who claimed he still wanted to proceed with the divorce, regardless of their burgeoning sex life.
“The applicant has no desire to reconcile. The fact that he had sexual relations with the Respondent does not indicate a desire for reconciliation,” the court document reads. “The applicant, after this second filing, remains steadfast in his desire to divorce the Respondent and leave the conjugal home, even though the house is now in pre-foreclosure.”
