How the former couple managed to hide this for almost a month is beyond our imagination. Biermann greeted police after 10 p.m. on May 2 because Zolciak refused to leave the master bedroom bathroom.
Biermann wanted to take a shower, and Zolciak was held back, not letting him in. “Nothing physical happened,” Biermann told police. He admitted the children were at home but were sleeping at the time.

Zolciak also confirmed that “nothing physical happened on this date.” She realized that Biermann had stopped her from dialing 911 in the recent past by grabbing her phone out of her hand. The report states. “He is advised to contact the police if any such or other offenses occur.”
He was also told to go out and go to his neighbor’s house if there were any more incidents like this happening in the couple’s house.
The pair were eventually told to stay apart for at least the rest of the night. “So, things won’t improve.” Biermann was also warned that he would be charged next time if he prevented Zolciak from calling the police.

The document states that Zolciak spent 4 hours in a class that the court described as a “parenting seminar” that “will be completed within 31 days of serving the original complaint on the original defendant.”
