Zolciak also requested a specific type of drug test, a five-panel hair follicle drug screen, according to TMZ, who got court documents. The mother of six was concerned about the amount of weed Biermann was smoking.
He questioned the “safety” of their four young children and expressed this “concern” to the court. Some may think it’s no big deal, but in the state of Georgia, marijuana is illegal, and in case you didn’t know, they live in Alpharetta, Georgia.
The couple now share a household and do as much as possible to avoid each other. This has become an awkward living situation as she continues to file motions and complaints against Biermann.
