Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann may have returned to the divorce table despite their brief encounter last week, which led to rumors of a reconciliation.
Bierman filed for divorce from the socialite in May, and the “bitter” process has been marked by various dramas, accusations, and even run-ins with law enforcement by the estranged couple.

The pair, who were smitten as they gathered for an anniversary dinner last week, have taken a complete 360 and been spotted around town with a bare left finger. Zolciak emerged from a department store wearing a black halter top and gray sweats, while Kroy grabbed lunch in a hoodie and black jeans on Saturday.
Before this sighting, Zolciak and the former athlete dressed up for an elaborate date night to celebrate their 12th anniversary and also added her married name, Bierman, back to her social media.
The 45-year-old and Bierman previously put their Atlanta mansion on the market for $6 million last month to reduce their debt and also sold her $7500 Chanel purse.

However, the mansion is still their home as the judge in charge of their divorce ordered Zolciak to move into the basement and Kroy to remain in the former couple’s bedroom. They are allowed to share common areas such as the kitchen and living room in the spacious 11-bathroom mansion they bought in 2012 for $880,000.
Kroy filed for divorce from Zolciak in May, but they reconciled and dismissed the filing. She however filed again in August and asked for permission to sell their home amid possible foreclosure.
The judge urged them to maintain civil status with each other for the sake of their four children and Zolciak’s two daughters from his previous marriage, whom Bierman had legally adopted.
Per Daily Mail, court documents added that they may not “belittle the other parent in the presence or hearing of the minor.” Zolciak and Bierman are also not allowed to eavesdrop on other parents’ conversations with their children and cannot use their children as messengers for each other.
Their divorce proceedings have certainly been one for the books, and as recently as September, Zolciak filed for a dismissal of her divorce. The TV personality cited ongoing sexual interactions with Bierman as the reason for her decision. Details of the legal document read:
“The parties have engaged in marital intercourse several times since the filing of the Petition for Divorce and most recently on or about September 7, 2023.”
His team continued that the divorce based on their broken bond was not true because the estranged couple’s sexual escapades said otherwise, and they had “resumed cohabitation or reconciled for any length of time.”

Controversy is no stranger to Bierman and Zolciak’s “interesting” relationship; this time, it was their dog. The former couple, who boast two canines, ran into trouble with their neighbors and security after one of the furry animals got out of line.
The Blast shared that the dog tried to tackle a boy in the neighborhood, prompting his mother to get GA police involved earlier in the month after she saw a dog named Stone walking off leash.
The woman claimed that it was not the first time that Stone had gone off-leash, as he had previously chased after his children and almost attacked them. Although no one was injured in the encounter, the neighbor was not about to fall prey to an unattended Cane Corso a second time.
Just last month, Zolciak called 911 after Bierman locked himself in their master bedroom and denied her entry. Details of the call had Zolciak explain to police that Bierman had threatened her, and she had to call a locksmith to help her get her medication.
“Kroy has a gun; I don’t know what he did with them. They were probably locked in his safe,” Zolciak confirmed when he was asked if anyone had access to the weapon through the call.
She yelled at the former athlete that she would not participate in his behavior, and that she was tired of him threatening her, adding, “This is my house too; you don’t own this house. I have more than accommodated.”
The entrepreneur also revealed that Bierman had been physically violent with her before, and she had evidence to back it up.
