Since filing to end the couple’s marriage, Biermann’s relationship with Zolciak has been less than cordial. Despite living under the same roof, the ex-partners often attract the attention of law enforcement with their inability to compromise.
In addition to having problems with each other, the media personalities seem to have problems with their neighbors, especially a mother who is angry with their dog. The former couple shared two canines – Stone and Sinn – but Stone, a Cane Corso, was the cause of trouble for running around unsupervised.
The large dog was allegedly involved in a tragic incident in October, where the dog tried to attack a boy in the neighborhood. The child’s mother reported the incident to GA police last week after spotting Stone without a leash.
TMZ reported that the woman told dispatch it wasn’t the first time the animal had gotten off its leash, claiming it chased her children and “almost attacked” them. Although no one was injured in the incident last month, the concerned mother will not risk a second encounter with the unsupervised Cane Corso.

The caller emphasized the severity of the situation for dispatch, describing the dog as “very aggressive and never confined.” Stone isn’t the only threat in the neighborhood as the animal and Sinn go viral on Facebook groups for terrorizing residents.
The Manor Golf and Country Club Residents group featured a lengthy post from a mother concerned about Stone’s aggression. According to the woman, the Cane Corso “raced out of someone’s gate” and “tried to overtake and attack” her son, who was riding a scooter.
Luckily the boy was saved by his brother. However, the child’s mother insisted that she had reported the incident to home security and would have involved animal control if she had seen the dog off leash. Although the woman did not know who the canine belonged to, other residents named Zolciak and Batu Biermann as the culprits.
“It’s possible [Kim and Kroy’s] dog. He is usually behind the fence in the front yard, but sometimes their entrance is open,” claimed one Facebook user, with more residents repeating their agreement. Six years before these reports of dog violence, Sinn made waves for nearly blinding the estranged couple’s son Kash in a vicious attack.
However, dealing with their neighbors’ concerns about their loose dog was the least of the ex-lover’s police problems. As noted, this is not the couple’s first run-in with the authorities, as local police have been to their home in recent months.

Last month, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star’s emotional 911 call was released. The reality TV star called authorities in August after her estranged husband locked himself in their master bedroom and refused to let her in.
“He has threatened me. He won’t open the door. This is crazy to me,” the entertainer told a 911 dispatcher, sounding panicked, before explaining that he had to call a locksmith to get his medication.
When asked if anyone had access to weapons, Zolciak replied, “I don’t know. Kroy has a gun; I don’t know what he did with them. They might be locked in his vault.” In between his conversation with the 911 operator, the 45-year-old lashed out at the former NFL star before yelling:
“I don’t follow your behavior. I’m tired of you threatening me. Open the door. This is my house too; you don’t own this house. I have more than accommodated.”
The situation looked dire at their home as Kim Zolciak claimed that Biermann had been physically violent. When a dispatcher asked if the TV personality was in danger, the mother of six revealed:
“I am in danger. He threatened me, yes, and he was physical, ma’am. I have many people who will vouch for it!”
