Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are facing a new enemy in the middle of their divorce proceedings!
Just days after the estranged lovers discussed the circumstances of their divorce in court, their Georgia mansion – which was at the heart of the proceedings – was seen listed in a fake ad.
It seems that the couple will have to unite to fight the scammers.
Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann’s Mansion Haven’t Listed Their Home Yet
Earlier this week, fans noticed that Zolciak and Biermann’s mansion was listed on Zillow for $3.2 million. As seen in the listing, which is still posted at the time of writing, the property has been listed by the owner and includes a phone number.

The description of the property reads, “Located in the prestigious and exclusive community of The Manor Golf & Country Club in enchanting Alpharetta/Milton, Georgia, lies a truly extraordinary and elegant architectural masterpiece. This luxury estate features a six bedroom, six full bathroom, three and a half bathroom, 9,407 square foot oasis of exquisite living, providing the ultimate in comfort, privacy and sophistication.”
Zillow claims the mansion was first listed for sale in February 2023 and has a monthly rental value of $17,205. Despite the seemingly credible ad to sell the property, a source close to the estranged couple told TMZ that Zociak and Biermann have yet to put their house together.
The insider insists that the Zillow ad is nothing but a fake and the work of a con artist.
Kroy Biermann Says They’re In ‘Financial Straits’ & Only Mansion Sale Can Help
News of the listing is hard to believe, given that the NFL player, in a recent court filing on Tuesday, September 26, asked for permission to sell the family home.
As seen in court documents obtained by The Blast, the former Atlanta Falcons player claims it’s important to sell the 9,407 square feet as soon as possible because she and the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star are in “bad straits.” financially.”
“The only asset they currently have with equity is the matrimonial home. The mortgage is held in the petitioner’s name. However, it is set for foreclosure in November,” an excerpt of the filing reads.

Biermann added, “Current living conditions are not sustainable and affect the mental and emotional health of minors. If the marital home is sold, it will provide both parties with enough income to secure their home, thereby removing the children from a toxic environment.”
Unfortunately, the “Don’t Be Tardy” star isn’t on the same page with her man, as seen in a previous Instagram post where she declared, “I’m staying here, not going anywhere!”
Apart from the issue of selling the house, both parties cannot agree to divorce from the beginning. Recall that Biermann filed for divorce in May 2023, but they called it off two months later, choosing to mend their relationship.
However, on August 24, 2023, the former athlete called off her plans and filed for divorce for the second time, with sources claiming Zolciak’s gambling problem was the straw that broke the camel’s back.
Despite Biermann’s insistence on ending things, the Bravo star still wants to keep her marriage alive. She filed to have the divorce annulled, claiming that her husband’s claim that their union was “irretrievably broken” was false.
Citing their cohabitation in their Georgia mansion, the 45-year-old claimed, “The allegation of an irretrievable marriage is false if the parties have resumed cohabitation or reconciled for any length of time,” the filing said. “The fact of cohabitation or reconciliation shows that there is still a possibility that the marriage is viable…the parties are required to confirm once again that the marriage cannot be restored by bringing a new complaint.”

In addition, citing that they still had sex, Zolciak wrote that “the marital relationship between the parties existed until and then continued after the filing of the Petition, and after the Respondent was personally served with the Petition, indicating that the marriage, or was in some respect valid advanced after the filing of the Petition proving that the alleged marriage was irretrievably broken is proven false.”
