The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star recently hosted a sale on her social media page, showcasing some designer shoes. The entertainer’s decision to part with his shoes and the former athlete’s luxury collection appears to be a step forward in their ongoing divorce battle.
The couple’s drama-filled split has fans on the edge of their seats, with Zolciak filing to dismiss the split and Biermann refusing to accept reconciliation. The “Tardy for the Party” singer is on thin ice with the judge for not appearing at the hearing without permission.

In her latest Instagram Story update, the blonde beauty shared a video filming shoes from her closet and Biermann’s on sale. The first clip shows a pair of Dior X Hajime Sorayama top B23 sneakers designed with cherry blossoms and a robotic Tyrannosaurus.
“These are Kroy’s Dior shoes. This is so cute; they are worn once. Excellent condition, perfect condition, I must say. So cute!” Zolciak raved as she picked up the shoe to show off its unique design. She added more information in the overlay text: “Men’s Dior shoe size 13. $800.”
The former American football outside linebacker’s collection made a second appearance in the next post, featuring Christian Louboutin’s black and white sneakers. Like the Dior shoes, these high heels are in excellent condition and cost $600.
Zolciak picks up a pair of glamorous Gucci lace-up boots in the final clip. The classy number features gold and black detailing with a platform heel and mink pom poms at the lace tip. In contrast to his lover’s belongings, the 45-year-old claimed his shoes were fresh cardboard.

“This is new, never used. Cute, this is a mink ball at the end, so cute, so cute,” he said in the video. “Gucci shoes are obviously in perfect condition. Cute!” Given their untouched status, the shoe is a size 39/US 9 for $1250.
The last designer piece was a clear Balmain boot that she sold for $900. While it’s impossible to know if Zolciak received any offers for the former couple’s shoes, the online sale comes days after the blonde beauty made a big mistake in her divorce case.
The presiding judge slammed the reality TV star for failing to appear at the September hearing. According to eyewitnesses, all parties, excluding the “Don’t Be Tardy” star, participated in the Fulton County Superior Court hearing.
The media personality’s lawyer, David Beaudry explained that his client was unable to attend because he was expected to arrive in Atlanta around 9pm local time.

Zolciak reportedly did not participate in the filming of an episode for the MTV reality series “The Surreal Life” in Colombia. However, his absence due to work did not sit well with Judge Williams. “His presence has not been ruled out for today, so he should be here. I do not rule out his presence,” said the legal referee.
The judge was reportedly irritated by the situation and stopped the proceedings. The arbitrator’s displeasure did not disappear after the resumption as Williams declared that no more Zoom appearances would be allowed and insisted that all parties be physically present at all future hearings.
Kroy Biermann Refuses to Call Off His Divorce With Kim Zolciak

In his filing, the former athlete revealed that his bedroom activities with Zolciak continued despite their divorce. However, this does not mean that he is thinking about his decision to end things.
“The applicant has no desire to reconcile. The fact that he had sexual relations with the Respondent does not indicate a desire to reconcile,” the court document revealed. “The applicant, after this second filing, remains steadfast in his desire to divorce the Respondent and leave the conjugal home, even though the house is now in pre-foreclosure.”
Biermann described Zolciak’s initial petition as a “legal game,” claiming “the filing of the motion is just another delaying tactic in Respondent [Zolciak] playbook as indicated by his exclamation “I’m staying here going nowhere!”

In addition, the recipient of the Big Sky Defensive MVP stated that he will proceed with the sale of both their homes. An extract from the court document reads: “The parties are in financial straits. The only asset they currently own with equity is the marital residence. The mortgage is held in the petitioner’s name. However, it is set to be seized in November.”
