Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s split has hit a new low!
In the latest update, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum has accused her estranged husband of stealing her personal items worth “hundreds of thousands of dollars” in the midst of their divorce.
Kroy Biermann Allegedly Failed to Return Kim Zolciak’s Expensive Goods
Kim Zolciak continues to be at odds with Kroy Biermann, visiting the police station earlier this month with an unidentified female friend to formally report the former football player’s alleged theft of her expensive jewelry and purse.
Now, weeks later, it appears things could get worse as insiders close to the situation claim nothing has changed. In short, Zolciak’s items that were reported missing still cannot be traced.
Recently released body camera footage shows the reality television star alerting police about her missing items that first went missing in May 2023. In the video, she states, “I asked for it back, and he won’t give it back .”
Zolciak claims Biermann put the expensive items in a safe in their master bedroom, and she didn’t have access to them for a while. He revealed calling the police to his residence in an attempt to retrieve his belongings.

The clip also features a distraught Zolciak pleading with police, alleging threats and past physical altercations by her ex. Meanwhile, Biermann, from behind the bedroom door, insisted he “didn’t do anything” and expressed concern for his safety.
follow Page Sixlaw enforcement managed to mediate the situation, resulting in the former Atlanta Falcons player returning his estranged wife’s blanket, medication, phone charger and neck cream.
Despite this, Zolciak has claimed in new footage that more expensive items, including diamond jewellery, wallets and watches, are no longer in the safe where he thought they were kept. He insisted on breaking into the locked vault and finding that “everything was gone.” The mother of six is mentioned in the video:
“My lawyer said I should file a police report because the items were stolen.”
She went on to express her surprise when a jeweler posted her picture on Instagram, stating, “I love your bracelet. I am really grateful.” In addition, the “Don’t Be Tardy” star claims Biermann earned $25,000 from selling some of her belongings.
Zolciak’s anger led the officer to meet with her to explain that because she and Biermann were still married, the police could not intervene. He explained that since they exchanged vows, “Yours is his and he’s yours.”
He added, “Until the divorce has been finalized, there is no technical crime being committed now.”
Zolciak & Biermann Lower the Price of Their Home to Attract Potential Buyers

Trying to figure out who allegedly stole what is one of the many problems in the Zolciak-Biermann camp. As The Blast previously reported, the estranged couple has been struggling with significant financial challenges, which have led them to reduce the listing price of their Georgia mansion.
Originally priced at $6 million, the duo’s home saw a reduction to $5.5 million before dropping further to $4.5 million this month. Despite this cut, there were no big takers for the property.
During the initial price cut, court documents revealed Biermann’s emphasis on the urgency of selling the 9,407-square-foot property, citing dire financial conditions for him and his partner. The paper, at the time, read:
“The only asset they currently have with equity is the matrimonial home. The mortgage is held in the petitioner’s name. However, it is set to be seized in November.”
It further emphasized, “The current living conditions are unsustainable and affect the mental and emotional health of minors. If the marital home is sold, it will provide both parties with enough income to secure their home, thereby removing the children from a toxic environment.”
Their desperation to sell the house may have something to do with Truist Bank’s declaration that they have been granted a “right to foreclose” following Zolciak and Biermann’s default on their mortgage.
While acknowledging the ongoing divorce, the bank insisted that the proceedings did not affect the foreclosure rights. In October 2023, the couple asked a judge to intervene to stop the bank’s foreclosure auction, and the bank voluntarily postponed the auction in November.
However, with the property still unsold, it has now expressed impatience and plans to foreclose to collect the debt.
